• Orders are processed and shipped after confirmation with our team.

• Expected delivery time is up to 5 business days.

• Delivery starts daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your governorate.

• You may inspect your order in front of the courier before receiving it.

• If the product’s fabric or appearance does not meet your expectations, you can return it immediately to the courier.

• In this case, the customer covers the full shipping fee as the shipment has already been processed with the courier company.

• Partial order deliveries are not available.
